This is a tasty recipe, nice to warm your paunch and to create a homely atmosphere during the cold and grey winter evenings!
It's very simple to prepare.
You need just to boil pre-washed lentils for about 15 minutes and then to put them into a red, old pot (please, note that the colour and the age of the pot you use is of great importance for the good outcome of your dish) with extra-virgin olive oil, a clove of garlic and some fragrant sage leaves.
