This is a suitable recipe  for autumn afternoon snacks, perfect with an hot cup of tea.

First of all, let's prepare a dough (like the one for pizza) with white flour, water, brewer's yeast and a sprinkle of salt. Do not add extra-vergin olive oil in this phase!

While the dough is raising, place some raisins in warm water for about 15 minutes.

In the meantime, heat up half a glass of extra-vergin olive oil with lots of rosemary leaves. Then, get it cold.

Mix the dough with raisins, oil with rosemary, sugar and knead it well.

Prepare little balls and cross their surface.

Add an egg on the ball's surface to obtain the brown after baking.

Place the balls in a baking tray and leave them raise for 1 hour. Do not touch them anymore!

Finally, cook the balls in a pre-heated oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees Centigrade!
