Chicken breast with red and green peppers!
Ok, this is a quick an very tasty dish useful when you'd like to eat meat but you have few time to cook it...
So, you have to cut chicken into pieces and cover them with a thin layer of white flour. Then cook them in extra virgin olive oil and a clove of garlic until the meat is slightly brown.
Add salt, pepper, chilli powder, pieces of peppers (I prefer red and green peppers, not only for the colour effect but also for their flavour) and green or black olives. Add some tomato sauce and water and continue cooking until the water is evaporated.
Vegetables must be crunchy and, at the end, you should obtain a tasty sauce!
Add some parsley when you switch off the fire and, if you like it, also some chilli powder....

P.S. If you want a more tasty dish, use chicken thighs instead of breast! But in this case, cook the meat a little more....
